By accessing or using The Stability Index ("Service"), provided by The Stable Company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Stability Index is a free business stability assessment tool that measures your company across three dimensions: People, Plan, and Process. The Service allows companies to survey their teams and view aggregated results.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent survey responses; or (d) access data belonging to other organizations.
The Stability Index methodology, scoring algorithms, question frameworks, and brand assets are the intellectual property of The Stable Company. You retain ownership of the data you submit. We do not claim ownership of your survey responses or organizational data.
Survey responses are stored securely and used only to generate your organization's scores and reports. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to build industry benchmarks. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees of uptime or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stable Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is an informational tool and does not constitute professional consulting, legal, or financial advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
