Questions before you start

What exactly does the Stability Index measure?
It measures organizational stability across three dimensions: People (trust, growth, and talent), Plan (strategic clarity, financial visibility, and purpose alignment), and Process (operational clarity, prioritization, and continuous improvement). Each dimension breaks into three sub-dimensions scored on a 0-100 scale.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Stability Index is completely free to use. You can register, survey your entire team, view results, and download reports at no cost. There are no paywalls, no feature gates, and no credit card required.
How does industry benchmarking work?
Your scores are compared against anonymized, aggregated data from companies in the same industry and similar size. This gives you context beyond your own score so you can see whether a 72 in People is above or below the norm for your type of business.
Are employee responses anonymous?
Likert-scale and eNPS responses are aggregated by role so no individual response can be identified. Open-ended feedback is attributed by name so you can follow up, but employees can choose to leave those fields blank.
How long does the survey take?
About 10 minutes. The core survey has 25 Likert-scale questions, one eNPS question, and two optional open-ended questions. If role-specific modules are assigned, add another 2-3 minutes per module.
How is my data protected?
All data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with encrypted passwords (bcrypt), CSRF protection, rate limiting, and HTTP-only session cookies. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
